The National Labor Relations Board has scheduled at least two public meetings to address the controversial re-proposal of a rule that would make significant amendments to the union representation election process. After the so-called βambushβ election rule was first proposed in June 2011, the NLRB similarly held a series of contentious public meetings, during which a number of speakers voiced their concerns about the ruleβs repercussions. History is expected to repeat itself on April 10 and 11, when the new meetings are scheduled.
