Mr. Wade is an associate in the Charlotte office practicing in the area of litigation. Mr. Wade’s practice focuses on labor and employment litigation and commercial litigation.Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Wade worked for the firm of Moore & Van Allen where he was part of the litigation team. Mr. Wade received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law in 2003. He was the 2001 Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Champion and served as Associate Editor of Washington University’s Journal of Law and Policy. In the spring of 2003, he clerked for United States Senator Richard C. Shelby of Alabama during Washington University’s Congressional and Administrative Law Clinic.He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, double-majoring in Business Administration and Economics, from Millsaps College in 2000. Mr. Wade is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Alabama.
