Since 1997, Linda S. Goldman has represented management in a wide range of matters including wage and hour disputes, class action litigation, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims, and appellate matters. Ms. Goldman has handled cases in state and federal courts, before state and regulatory agencies, and in private and regulatory arbitrations. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Goldman frequently conducts employment policy reviews and provides counseling and advice to employers.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Ms. Goldman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Coyle of the United States District Court, Eastern District of California (1998-1999). Ms. Goldman received her law degree in 1997 from the University of California at Los Angeles, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. She received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University.
In the spring of 2004, Ms. Goldman served as an adjunct law professor at Loyola Law School, where she taught employment law.
