Refer to Eligibility of Benefits. Dental and Vision Benefits are paid 100 percent by employee through payroll deduction. Employee premiums are paid automatically through the Cafeteria Plan and are Pre Tax.
You will be given a summary plan description of the plans available to you before you need to make a decision on which medical plan is right for you. Following your enrollment, your group benefits are explained in detail in a separate booklet. This booklet will be issued to you when your enrollment is confirmed by the insurance carrier.
