Tracey Truesdale Elected to College of Labor & Employment Lawyers

Labor & Employment News & Announcements

Franczek P.C. is delighted to announce that partner and Labor & Employment Practice Group co-chair, Tracey Truesdale, has been elected a Fellow in the prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Now in its 25th year, the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is a non-profit professional association honoring the leading lawyers in the United States and Canada in the practice of labor and employment law. Fellows are recognized as distinguished members of the labor and employment community who promote achievement, advancement, and excellence in the practice by setting standards of professionalism and civility, sharing their experience and knowledge and acting as a resource for academia, the government, the judiciary, and the community at large. The peer selection process is exacting, requiring multiple sponsors, recommendations from management and union attorneys as well as neutrals, and significant evidence of scholarship in the labor and employment field. Admission is based not only on a distinguished career in labor and employment law but also a demonstrated ability to exhibit integrity, ethics, and civility in labor and employment relations.

Tracey’s election to the College comes after nearly three decades of practice representing management in the full range of labor and employment matters, including collective bargaining, labor arbitration, employment litigation, employment counseling, and workplace safety.

Jim Franczek, Firm President, founding partner, and a member of the College’s 1998 class said, “Selection as a Fellow is regarded by many as the highest honor that a labor and employment practitioner can receive. Tracey is well-deserving of this honor.”

Please join us in congratulating Tracey!
