If a visitor is injured while on our property, get the closest manager immediately. All accidents must be reported promptly, as well as any possible situation that may jeopardize the safety of our guests. Never make comments about similar incidents that may have occurred in the past.
An accident report should be completed in the same manner as though the guest is an employee. The report should be sent to risk management in the human resource department.
