At times, the Company may become aware of situations reported by employees when co-workers may possess or take ownership of unapproved or unlawful materials. The Company reserves the right to search the possessions of employees including their person, lockers, automobiles or other items located on Company property.
Either you or the Company may request to have police present for a search of your body. The Company doesn’t require law enforcement unless there is a specific reason to do so and will always have at least two managers present during a search. An employee may refuse a search, however this may result in termination.
