A Connecticut federal judge Monday ruled against Danbury civil rights attorney Josephine Smalls Miller, who claimed in a lawsuit that chief court administrator Patrick Carroll III played a pivotal role in discriminating against her.
Miller, who is Black, alleges she’s a victim of racial discrimination and retaliation for speaking out about issues of alleged discrimination within the Judicial Branch.
