Jackson Lewis Names Stephanie E. Lewis Co-Leader of Litigation Group

NEW YORK, NY (May 4, 2022) Earlier this year, nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. announced Stephanie E. Lewis had been named co-leader of the firm’s Litigation group, alongside Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris. Stephanie has almost 20 years of experience litigating on behalf of management and advising businesses on practices and policies to foster employee engagement.
 
“Stephanie brings wide-ranging litigation and trial experience to this role, which is instrumental to the firm as we continue to see heightened demand and increasing work across the country,” said Firm Chair Kevin G. Lauri. “The practice group continues to thrive under her and Stephanie’s leadership and will help further raise our reputation as an exceptional employment law firm.”
 
In addition to her role as the firm’s Litigation group co-leader, Stephanie is the managing principal of Jackson Lewis’ Greenville, S.C. and Charlotte, N.C. offices and serves on its Board of Directors. Stephanie handles all aspects of employment law but focuses on pay equity, sexual harassment training, investigations, and litigation, reductions in force, and multi-state compliance for Fortune 500 companies in the retail, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries.
 
Stephanie has been recognized as a Band 1 labor and employment attorney by Chambers USA, recommended by the Legal 500 USA, obtained an AV Preeminent® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, and named "Lawyer of the Year” in the labor and employment litigation category of The Best Lawyers in America©. She earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina and her B.A. from North Carolina State University. 
 
Stephanie, who assumed the Litigation co-leader role in January, succeeded Nadine C. Abrahams, who stepped down to focus on serving her growing practice.
