Goldberg Segalla added Justin P. McCombs to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Rochester.

Justin focuses his practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He manages every stage of the claims process from referral through closure, including research and fact investigation, legal assessment and strategy, witness and expert depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals. Justin draws on more than eight years of experience representing claimants in workers’ compensation matters before administrative law judges, the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, and the Third Department.

Justin earned a B.A. from Alfred University, an M.S. from Niagara University, and a J.D. from the Ohio Northern University Law School.
