Goldberg Segalla added Heidi V. Rivkin to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Newark.

Heidi focuses her practice on counseling insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in the defense of complex workers’ compensation claims and claims-handling strategy. She manages cases from initial intake to final disposition, drafting appropriate motions and pleadings, arguing motions before the court, and handling case and settlement conferences. Heidi also has extensive experience in general litigation and family law.

Heidi earned her bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College, and her J.D. from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
