Goldberg Segalla added Dana M. Gayeski to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Princeton.

Gayeski focuses her practice on defending and counseling insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators regarding complex workers’ compensation claims. She has represented both public entities and private companies from the inception of a workers’ compensation claim through resolution, including conferencing of matters, cross-examination of witnesses, and trials. Before going into private practice, she gained extensive courtroom experience as an assistant prosecutor in the Juvenile and Domestic Violence and in the Special Victims Unit of the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.

Gayeski earned her bachelor’s degree from the New York University Stern School of Business and her J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
