Former Olmsted Township administrator receives $195,000 settlement related to sexual harassment and retaliation complaints

OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Former Olmsted Township Administrator Rebecca Corrigan, who has been on paid leave since the middle of July, recently agreed to a $195,000 settlement following her complaints of sexual harassment and retaliation.

“Under federal and state civil-rights law, employers -- including governments -- must protect their employees from sexual harassment and retaliation,” said Corrigan’s lead counsel Subodh Chandra in a press statement.
