FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that two new associates, Karl Analo, Senior Associate (Chicago) and Danielle E. Pierre, Senior Associate (Washington D.C.) have joined the firm.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Karl was an associate in the Chicago office of Horwood Marcus & Berk Chartered where he represented companies in matters involving labor and employment, commercial litigation, intellectual property, trust and estates, and real estate. His legal practice is primarily focused on the representation of employers in labor and employment matters. Karl has significant experience litigating complex labor and employment law issues including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and the like. He has represented a broad range of industries in these matters including companies operating in the food, finance, construction, and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Danielle was an associate in the Princeton, NJ office of Wong Fleming where she handled a wide variety of matters including, commercial litigation, corporate asset recovery, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, and employment and labor law. Her legal practice is focused on the representation of management clients in labor and employment law issues. Danielle is also an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, teaching the course component of the Judicial Externship Program.
