While Georgiaβs appellate courts generally disapprove of restrictive covenant agreements, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals has reminded potential business buyers that Georgia courts will enforce broad restrictive covenant agreements when they are entered into ancillary to the sale of a business.
