We will discuss legal topics related to the regulation of employee speech, including the scope of First Amendment protections for public and private sector employers, what constitutes protected speech under the National Labor Relations Act and protections afforded by state and local governments. We will also address considerations regarding political dialogue in the workplace and best practices to address workplace conflict during election season.
