SAMPLE 1
Any notice intended for you hereunder shall be deemed duly served if delivered to you personally, or duly dispatched by prepaid telegram or certified or registered mail, addressed to you at the address hereinabove set forth. Any notice intended for the company shall be deemed duly served if delivered personally to the company or duly dispatched by prepaid telegram or certified or registered mail addressed to the company as follows:

Any notice given to either party shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given when delivered personally or sent by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, duly addressed to the party concerned at the address indicated below where such changed address is such party may subsequently give such notice of:

All notices or other communications hereunder shall be given in writing and shall be deemed given if served personally or mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the parties at their addresses herein indicated.
