Emergency training is conducted in each department. Upon the onset or after an emergency, employees should follow the standard protocol which would have been reviewed during your training class. In no case should employees attempt to alter the emergency procedure since this may cause additional injury or loss of life.

In each department, employees will find a safety manual and a safety posting board which will have all pertinent OSHA logs, Hazardous Material lists, MSDS Sheets, Reporting procedures, and so on. It is important to understand the importance of timeliness and accuracy in reporting an emergency situation so the appropriate action may be taken by internal and external response crews.

Do not try to be a hero -- follow all Emergency Procedures.
