SAMPLE ADA POLICY

It is the policy of the Company to abide by all provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We will not discriminate against any individual who demonstrates the qualifications necessary to perform the duties of a particular position in the organization. No medical or physical disabilities will be considered as a factor in satisfactorily performing a job/task except for those which are critical to the performance of such task.
