Sample Policy for Employment of Relatives
COMPANY will gladly accept and consider employment applications from relatives and close family members of its employees. However, COMPANY shall refrain from hiring and transferring relatives into positions where they will directly supervise or be supervised by another close family member. COMPANY shall also refrain from placing individuals in positions where they work with or have access to sensitive information regarding a close family member. COMPANY’s management believes that this approach will help to prevent problems associated with security, supervision, and morale.
