How much productivity do you expect to lose as a result of the NCAA Tourney?  I know that my browser already has windows open to keep me updated on scores heh…

This story is covered every March.  I think it’s mostly a promotional piece by the consulting company.  That’s not to say the tourney doesn’t result in downtime, but I’ve always been suspicious of the methodology.
