Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson was formed in 1973 by a group of attorneys who had practiced labor and employment law together for a number of years. The firm has remained dedicated to the exclusive representation of management clients in labor and employment law matters ever since, and firm attorneys have earned reputations for innovative, creative thinking that leads to bottom-line results for clients.

Though the firm has continued to grow and to expand its service area across the Southeast and nationwide, it operates from one location in Atlanta, Georgia without the multi-branch overhead that many firms fund by charging higher hourly rates.

Our clients range from large, multi-national corporations to small businesses and public employers. More than half of the firm's work is outside of Georgia and we typically have judicial or administrative matters pending throughout the United States.
