The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals recently upheld an order granting an employer’s motion for attorneys’ fees against a group of employees who claimed they were the victims of racial, religious and national origin discrimination. According to the court, the employees’ discrimination claims were frivolous, unreasonable, and without foundation.
