Trey Wood, Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of T. Wade Welch & Associates, works with companies to solve labor relations and employee problems.  He accomplishes this by providing representation in all areas of labor and employment law.  Whether in the courtroom, before a governmental entity, or day-to-day counseling, his vast experience provides the efficient results that companies desire. Trey has been practicing as a trial attorney for over twenty years and has extensive experience in counseling clients on all aspects of the employer/employee relationship.  He has tried many employment cases in both federal and state courts across the country and has represented clients before various state and federal agencies such as the EEOC, OSHA, Department of Labor, the Texas Commission on Human Rights and the Texas Workforce Commission.  Trey is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the area of labor and employment law and is a frequent speaker before various trade organizations on all aspects of employment law.
