Reyburn Lominack is an associate in the Columbia office. He represents employers of all sizes in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative tribunals. Reyburn also advises clients on day-to-day employment issues arising under statutes such as Title VII, the FMLA, the ADA, the ADEA, and the FLSA. Additionally, he assists employers with traditional labor matters, including union avoidance campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations. He has also represented clients in the sales, financial services, and insurance industries on both the plaintiff and defense side in employee defection matters, including lawsuits involving non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and state trade secret and unfair trade practice statutes. Reyburn has been a contributing editor for The Developing Labor Law treatise published by the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law and the Employment and Labor Law Resource Guide published by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce.
