Jody Ward-Rannow centers her practice on litigating employment discrimination and employment contract disputes. Her focus on discrimination cases includes claims under the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, Title VII and state employment discrimination laws. She regularly represents clients before the EEOC and state Human Rights Commissions in several states. Jody is also experienced in class and collective action wage and hour cases, including successfully defending an employer in a class and collective action concerning donning and doffing. In addition, Jody represents clients in unfair competition matters as both a plaintiff and defendant, including restrictive covenant enforcement actions, trade secret misappropriation cases, and shareholder disputes.

Jody also works with clients to develop effective employment policies, including drug testing policies. She focuses her counseling practice on working with national employers to ensure that their policies are compliant with the laws in each of the fifty states.
