Beth Moeller defends employers in litigation—including in class actions—and counsels them on compliance and risk management. Ms. Moeller represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including employment litigation and counseling. Ms. Moeller has experience litigating both single plaintiff, class, and collective action cases. Ms. Moeller also advises and defends clients in federal and state employment-related lawsuits, including actions alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and breach of contract. In addition, Ms. Moeller provides advice to employers concerning litigation avoidance, employee handbooks and personnel policies, wage and hour laws, leaves of absence, employee discipline, hiring and termination issues, noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements, trade secrets, reductions in force, and other personnel matters.
Recently, Ms. Moeller was recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for 2009.
During law school, Ms. Moeller was the Assistant Managing Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review and served as a member of the ABA Moot Court Team.
