Amanda Bolliger, an associate, represents employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation filed in state and federal court, arbitration, or before state and federal administrative agencies. Amanda has experience defending employers against the full spectrum of employment-related claims, including claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, and California wage and hour laws.
Amanda also has experience defending employers in large wage and hour class action matters alleging independent contractor misclassification, unpaid overtime, minimum wage violations, meal and rest period violations, expense reimbursement claims, and claims pursuant to Business and Professions Code 17200.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Amanda was an associate with a national law firm in Los Angeles and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Ancer L. Haggerty of the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon.
