Profile

My law practice encompasses both employment counseling and litigation.

Since 1997, I have represented employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including state and federal employment discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful discharge litigation, both single plaintiff and class action litigation.

My counseling practice includes advising clients in various aspects of Human Resources, including reductions in workforce, labor code audits, advising on workplace investigations. I have over 200 hours of experience training managers and supervisors on various employment law topics, including harassment-prevention, discrimination, ADA, FMLA, CFRA and managing within the law.

Specialties:I also have experience negotiating and drafting executive-level employment and separation agreements; and conducting due diligence in preparation for mergers and acquisitions.

Lisa is a Past President of the American Bar Association's Corporate Counsel Committee for the Young Lawyer's Division and served as a sponsoring member of the San Francisco Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurial Organization.
