Kelly A. Smith counsels and represents management in labor and employment matters. Her practice includes discrimination claims, wage and hour matters, labor relation issues, and employment counseling and training. Kelly has experience litigating both single plaintiff, class, and collective action cases.
Kelly was an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and majored in government and psychology. She received her law degree from Harvard Law School, where she served on the Harvard Human Rights Journal and the Board of Student Advisors. Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Kelly worked as a counsel at an international law firm.
