Mandi Ballard is a litigation associate in the Tampa office. Her practice focuses on defending and advising employers and management in employment-related disputes, including disputes involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful discharge.
After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2006, Ms. Ballard spent two years clerking for the Honorable Gregory A. Presnell in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Immediately prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Ballard was a commercial litigator with an international law firm.
