I represent management clients with regard to all aspects of labor relations, labor law, employment law and construction law.

I develop and provide customized training programs for clients including topics such as Harassment and Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Union Campaigns, Effective Discipline Procedures, Effective Employee Communication, Supervisor Training.

I review and draft documents such as collective bargaining agreements, contracts, employment agreements, handbooks, rules and regulations, policies and procedures, agreements, stipulations and forms in compliance with OSHA, COBRA, FMLA, FLSA, ERISA.

I also litigate disputes in various forums such as the National Labor Relations Board, Environmental Control Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Division of Human Rights, American Arbitration Association, New York State Employment Relations Board, Office of the Contract Arbitrator, independent arbitrators and Federal and State courts.
