Ms. Cramer graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2005. During law school, Ms. Cramer was a note editor for the Law Review and a teaching assistant for first-year legal writing students. In 2005, Ms. Cramer clerked for Federal Magistrate Judge, Ellen S. Carmody, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Following law school, Ms. Cramer practiced in the areas of employee benefits, labor and employment law and litigation. She concentrates her practice at Ogletree Deakins on ERISA litigation. Her ERISA practice includes litigation of pension, life, health, disability and employee benefits issues.
