Mr. Watson focuses his practice in the area of employment litigation and represents management in claims arising under Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and other federal and state employment laws.  Mr. Watson regularly represents employers in various federal and state administrative proceedings.  Mr. Watson has also practiced extensively in the field of government contracts, where he has represented government contractors in negotiations with government agencies and in litigation filed by subcontractors and third parties.

Mr. Watson received a B.A., cum laude, in English in 2002 from University of Dallas, with minors in Latin and journalism.  He received a J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2005.  While in law school, Mr. Watson was a Supervising Coordinator for LSU?s Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Program, which helped foreign students fill out their tax returns.

In 2008, Mr. Watson was selected to serve on the panel of critical readers for the Third Edition of Garner?s Modern American Usage, the premier usage guide for contemporary American English.
