Mr. Messeloff represents clients in the areas of Labor and Employment Law, Employment Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Messeloff’s work includes defending companies in complex litigation matters arising from federal and state laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Dan also advises clients on a daily basis regarding labor-management relations, employee hiring and termination, employment handbooks, unionization efforts, union election proceedings, and employee training, among other areas.Mr. Messeloff graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1996 with a degree in English Literature. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2001. While at Fordham, Mr. Messeloff served as a senior editor on the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Messeloff concentrated on labor and employment law on behalf of an international full-practice firm.
