Mr. Lindsay is a Shareholder in our Jackson office and has practiced exclusively in the area of labor and employment since 1987. He has represented management in a number of capacities including consultation regarding personnel issues, handbook drafting and review, EEO audits, wage and hour investigations, administrative hearings, collective bargaining agreements and general employment litigation. With over 20 years of litigation experience, Mr. Lindsay has served as lead counsel for public and private employers in defense of civil actions involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 42 U.S.C. ?1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, ERISA, the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution, and various state employment law claims. He is frequently requested to speak as a faculty member at seminars concerning current and developing employment law issues.

Mr. Lindsay?s success in the field of labor and employment law has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers and Woodward White?s Best Lawyers in America. He is also listed in the 2006 and 2007 editions of Mid-South Super Lawyers Magazine under the practice category of labor and employment law.
