Mr. Ehrhardt represents management in employment litigation related matters on federal, state and local levels concerning claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, restrictive covenants, wage and hour violations, and other aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
Additionally, Mr. Ehrhardt works with employers in an advisory capacity regarding personnel policies, leave issues, and discipline and discharge matters. Mr. Ehrhardt also counsels human resources representatives to ensure compliance with federal and state laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
