Eric C. Stuart has a career-long commitment to representing employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law.  He represents management in collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice and representation proceedings.  Mr. Stuart has significant experience in the construction, manufacturing and service sectors and is counsel of record in numerous reported decisions of the National Labor Relations Board.. Mr. Stuart has also successfully defended employers before state and federal courts, the EEOC and state agencies in prevailing wage, wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower, ERISA and wage and hour matters.  In addition, he counsels companies on personnel issues, employment policies, restrictive covenants, substance abuse and compliance with state and federal employment laws.  Eric utilizes a practical approach and works closely with each client to achieve the desired results.Mr. Stuart is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School of Union University.  Eric is a member of the NLRB Region 22 Practice and Procedure Committee, the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State and New York State Bar Associations and is also a member of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law American Inn of Court.
