Jennifer Rygiel-Boyd defends employers in state, federal, and administrative courts against allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination (relating to age, race, sex, religious, disability, and national origin), wrongful termination, retaliation, breach of contract, claims relating to both state and federal wage and hour laws, and other common law claims. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Rygiel-Boyd counsels employers on various employment issues they face each day, including wage and hour issues, labor relations issues, medical and disability issues, privacy concerns, and all forms of workplace polices. She negotiates and drafts employee-related agreements, including separation and release agreements, and confidentiality agreements ” all with an eye toward providing her clients the business result they seek, coupled with the strongest legal protections possible.Ms. Rygiel-Boyd served as law clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. Iuliani of the New Jersey Superior Court from 1999 to 2000. She has been recognized as a New Jersey Rising Star Super Lawyer in the area of employment litigation in 2006 and 2007.
