Denise Giraudo counsels and represents management in workplace safety and health and related employment matters. She handles cases related to a wide variety of industries and occupations, including a special focus on work related to mining companies.
Workplace safety and health work includes responding to emergencies, helping companies with investigations, advising regarding government inspections, conferences with regulatory officials, responses to employment discrimination claims based on safety activity and formal contests of agency enforcement actions.
Denise is a graduate of Georgetown University and The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, where she was Chancellor and head of the Moot Court Association. Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Denise was law clerk to the Honorable Robert R. Rigsby, Superior Court for the District of Columbia.
