Ms. Panich has a varied practice encompassing advocacy for and advice to employers in all aspects of employment and labor law.  As a trial lawyer she defends employers in class actions, multi-plaintiff, pattern or practice and individual employee lawsuits involving claims under the FLSA, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and their state law counterparts, as well as wrongful discharge, contract, restrictive covenant, and other employment disputes.  Ms. Panich represents employers in a wide range of administrative proceedings, and deals with EEOC, OSHA, OSHRC, OFCCP, DOL, and similar state agencies, as well as the National Labor Relations Board.  Ms. Panich also represents employers in other aspects of labor and management relations, including arbitrations and collective bargaining.In addition to her labor and employment practice, Ms. Panich devotes substantial attention to assisting professional services firms and companies with litigation preparedness planning.  She develops record management programs, electronic discovery programs, and legacy data remediation programs for clients.  She also advises clients and their litigation counsel on electronic discovery issues. Bar associations, law schools, CLE providers, trade associations and employers frequently ask Ms. Panich to speak or provide training on litigation techniques, electronic discovery and records management, as well as various employment related issues such as harassment, diversity, and occupational safety and health.  Ms. Panich has also authored several articles on these topics, and is active, through her leadership role in the Federal Bar Association, in developing continuing legal education programs for practitioners and their clients.Honors and Awards:
