Ms. Keltner concentrates her practice in labor and employment litigation. She represents management before the EEOC, ICRC, and in federal and state court involving all manner of civil rights and other employment-related claims.She also regularly presents training seminars to management and human resources professionals regarding a variety of employment law issues. She speaks on topics ranging from workplace harassment and pregnancy discrimination to employee leave issues, diversity, and the ADA as it relates to the FMLA and worker’s compensation. The audiences she has reached include college administrators, apartment complex owners, mental health providers, and human resources professionals from all manner of industries, large and small. She is co-author of the book, Indiana Guide to Preventing Workplace Harassment, published by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
