Mr. Drawdy assists a broad range of clients with litigation arising under ERISA, Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and various state laws. Mr. Drawdy also represents employers, fiduciaries, insurers, and third-party administrators in employee welfare benefit plan related litigation in federal and state courts, including fiduciary and benefit claims litigation under ERISA. He also assists clients in complying with HIPAA privacy, special enrollment, and nondiscrimination regulations; COBRA continuation coverage requirements; disclosure requirements under ERISA; and benefit claims and appeals processes and procedures. Mr. Drawdy is the coauthor of the Compliance Manual for Health Information Privacy Under HIPAA.Matters that Mr. Drawdy has handled include:
