Mr. Williams is a 1992 graduate of Morehouse College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Williams attended the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis on a Herbert Herff Law Review Scholarship. At the Law School, Mr. Williams was a Senior Staff Member of The University of Memphis Law Review and served as a Bar Governor. Mr. Williams also represented the Law School in national moot court and mock trial competitions. Mr. Williams served as a law clerk for the National Labor Relations Board, where he investigated unfair labor practice charges and assisted Board attorneys with union elections.Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Williams worked in management at Levi Strauss & Company, where he handled union grievances, employee leave issues, and health and safety matters. Mr. Williams also served as an executive staff member in the Mississippi Governor’s Office. As an associate at Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Williams focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law.
