Caleb Patterson practices in all areas of employment law, including federal and state cases involving Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and claims for unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets. Mr. Patterson also advises and counsels clients on management policies, human resources matters, and compliance with federal and state statutes.
Mr. Patterson received his B.A. in 2004 and his law degree in 2007, both from the University of Arkansas. During law school Mr. Patterson was an editor on the Arkansas Law Review, a member of the school?s traveling moot court team, and served as co-chair of the University?s moot court competition.
