Mr. Samson represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has significant experience in construction labor relations and matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act. Mr. Samson has litigation experience in the state and federal courts in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge cases and actively advises clients on a host of employment-related issues including sexual harassment, wage and hour claims and employee handbooks.Mr. Samson has been an adjunct professor of law at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law where he taught courses on employee privacy rights and the law of employment relationships. He has written articles concerning developments in discrimination law at the U.S. Supreme Court, the effect on employers of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and on restrictions for the drug testing of employees in the public sector and has served as Contributing Editor to the second and third editions of the ABA’s The Developing Labor Law. Mr. Samson was recently selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer.
