Ms. Campbell graduated from Goucher College and Washington & Lee University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and a Burks Scholar. Ms. Campbell has practiced with Ogletree Deakins as an employment law, labor, and litigation attorney since 1981. Her practice focuses on employment, whistleblower, class action, employment restrictive covenant, ERISA, and complex specialty litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and administrative practice before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other federal and state agencies. Ms. Campbell also assists clients in complying with developing and ever-changing employment and labor laws, and with implementing preventive programs. Ms. Campbell has published numerous articles on labor and employment subjects, and has spoken to the American Bar Association Annual Meeting, U.S. Chamber and other business groups, and at client seminars on labor and employment issues. Ms. Campbell has served on the firm’s Board of Directors, is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, is included in The Best Lawyers in America, is listed as a Leading Lawyer for Business by Chambers and Partners, and is listed as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Georgia.
