Judy Langevin is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty, who practices in Employment Law. Although her practice is focused on employment litigation, Judy is also a frequent lecturer on employment law topics and has published numerous articles for both legal and business audiences.
She defends employers in discrimination and wrongful termination litigation, including sexual harassment cases, and provides advice and training on personnel issues. A special interest is theater-based training for employers and employees.
Judy is the 2004 recipient of the Minnesota Women Lawyers Myra Bradwell Award. In 1990, Judy received the Minnesota State Bar Association?s Professional Excellence Award. She has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/ White) every year since 1993. She was named one of Minnesota?s top employment and labor law attorneys by Chambers USA, America?s Leading Business Lawyers (2003-2007) and named one of the Top 100 Female Super Lawyers by Minnesota Law and Politics for 2005. Judy was also named a “Minnesota Super Lawyer” by Minnesota Law & Politics from 2003-2007.
Judy received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1973.
