Craig is a trial attorney with more than 17 years? experience representing businesses and individuals in employment and commercial disputes in federal and state courts. He regularly defends employers facing job discrimination or other workplace claims. He also counsels employers in all aspects of their employment practices and provides training to clients on employment-related topics. Craig also handles cases involving non-compete agreements and trade secrets, and he enjoys appellate work.
Elected as a member of the Governing Council of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law section in 2003, Craig was elected Chairman of the Governing Council in 2007.
Craig has received an AV Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell (?very high to preeminent legal ability?), and was named a ?Super Lawyer? by Minnesota Law & Politics in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Craig was previously selected as a “Rising Star” by the same publication.
Craig is co-author of a recurring article on developments with respect to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, which appears in Labor & Employment Law News, published by the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law section.
