Employment Law Match Service
The Employment Law Match Service ("ELMS") is matching system that helps connect lawyers with our web site visitors ("Visitors"). There is no charge for either attorneys or Visitors. The service is offered to lawyers who list in our Lawyer Directory, but an attorney may choose to opt out of this service at registration or at any time the lawyer is listed in our directory. If you choose to participate in ELMS, you will be automatically sent emails from our system. An email will notify you that a Visitor has submitted an inquiry. You will only receive inquiries from Visitors who select the State in which you have chosen to list.
Likewise, you will only receive inquiries from visitors who have selected your practice-side (management or plaintiff). The email will not include any personally identifiable information about the Visitor, but will list demographic information that the Visitor has submitted along with a brief description of the issue being raised.
You can reply to an inquiry by logging into the Match Center and completing the necessary forms. That process will generate an email to the Visitor and include your contact information. It will then be up to the Visitor to decide which lawyer to contact, if at all.
Inquiries remain active for a specified period of time (as we determine from time to time) and will be removed from our system automatically.
Please contact us at match@elinfonet.com or (570) 301-6277 if you have any other questions regarding ELMS.
Thank you.
